PolSkaut Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the PolSkaut website available at polskaut.pl (hereinafter: "Service").

1.2. The Service is administered by Scortun Agencja Prasowa - Maciej Chorazyk, based in Opole at ul. 1-maja 37/10, 45-069 Opole, Poland (hereinafter: "Administrator").

1.3. Contact with the Administrator is possible at: info@polskaut.pl.

1.4. Using the Service means acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

2.1. Service - the PolSkaut website available at polskaut.pl.

2.2. User - a natural person using the Service.

2.3. Account - an individual User account in the Service, created during registration.

2.4. Player Profile - a set of personal and sports data of a football player, created by the User in the Service.

2.5. Player - a person whose data is presented in the Player Profile.

2.6. Minor - a person who has not reached 18 years of age.

2.7. Parent/Legal Guardian - a person exercising parental authority or legal guardianship over a Minor.

2.8. PZPN - Polish Football Association.

3. Terms of Use

3.1. Use of the Service is free of charge.

3.2. Creating an Account is required to use the full functionality of the Service.

3.3. The User commits to providing true and current data.

3.4. The User commits to complying with the law and these Terms of Service.

3.5. Using the Service for purposes contrary to the law or these Terms of Service is prohibited.

4. Registration and User Account

4.1. Registration in the Service requires providing: first name, last name, email address, and password.

4.2. During registration, the User must specify their status:

  • Adult (18 years or older)
  • Minor (under 18 years)
  • Parent/Legal Guardian

4.3. Minors may create Accounts only with the consent and under the supervision of a Parent/Legal Guardian.

4.4. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Account access data.

4.5. The User has the right to delete the Account at any time by contacting the Administrator.

5. Creating Player Profiles

5.1. The User may create Player Profiles for presentation to scouts and PZPN representatives.

5.2. A Player Profile may be created by:

  • The Player themselves, if they are an adult
  • Parent/Legal Guardian of a minor Player
  • A minor Player with the consent of the Parent/Legal Guardian

5.3. By creating a Player Profile, the User declares that:

  • They have the right to provide the Player's data
  • The data is true and current
  • In the case of a minor Player - they have the consent of the Parent/Legal Guardian
  • They have consent to provide third-party contact data (club, coach)

5.4. Adding a photo to the Player Profile requires separate consent for its use.

6. Rules for Minors

6.1. Minors may use the Service only under the supervision of a Parent/Legal Guardian.

6.2. Registration of a minor requires a declaration of having consent from a Parent/Legal Guardian.

6.3. Creating a minor Player's Profile requires providing Parent/Legal Guardian data and their consent.

6.4. The Administrator reserves the right to verify the status of a minor and request confirmation of Parent/Legal Guardian consent.

7. User Rights and Obligations

7.1. The User has the right to:

  • Create and edit Player Profiles
  • Update their data
  • Delete Account and Player Profiles
  • Withdraw granted consents

7.2. The User commits to:

  • Providing true data
  • Not sharing Account access data with third parties
  • Immediately informing the Administrator about unauthorized access to the Account
  • Respecting the rights of third parties

8. Administrator Rights and Obligations

8.1. The Administrator commits to:

  • Ensuring Service availability
  • Protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR
  • Informing about significant changes in the Service

8.2. The Administrator reserves the right to:

  • Temporarily disable the Service for maintenance purposes
  • Delete an Account or Profile that violates the Terms of Service
  • Modify Service functionality

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. The Service and its elements (logo, graphics, software) are protected by copyright.

9.2. The User retains rights to content they post in the Service.

9.3. By posting content in the Service, the User grants the Administrator a free license to use it within the Service functionality.

10. Liability

10.1. The Administrator is not liable for:

  • Content posted by Users
  • Service interruptions resulting from causes beyond the Administrator's control
  • Actions of third parties

10.2. The User bears full responsibility for content posted in the Service.

11. Complaint Procedure

11.1. Complaints regarding the Service should be submitted to: info@polskaut.pl.

11.2. A complaint should include: contact details, problem description, and expected resolution.

11.3. The Administrator processes complaints within 14 days of receipt.

12. Changes to the Terms of Service

12.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change these Terms of Service.

12.2. Users will be informed about changes via email to the address provided during registration.

12.3. Changes take effect 14 days from the date of notification.

12.4. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means acceptance of these changes.

13. Final Provisions

13.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, Polish law shall apply.

13.2. Disputes arising from the use of the Service will be resolved by the court competent for the Administrator's seat.

13.3. These Terms of Service come into force on January 21, 2026.
